Chimneys B&B House Rules T&Cs

For guests staying longer than two days, and when self catering, please use the table and chairs provided for your use

 

House Rules 

Please remove outdoor shoes to protect the carpeted areas 

Only staying guests are allowed in the premises

This is a non smoking property, however guests can use the front or back garden for smoking

For Foxglove and Jasmine guests there is a small mini fridge for your use at the top of the stairs 

Hot breakfasts will be served in the downstairs dining room

Hot food must not be consumed in the bedrooms or lounge.

*Please do not put wipes down the toilet as this will lead to a blockage

There are several bins provided for your use. 

If you need anything and i am not around please Te​xt or call me so that i can help

No Candles - I have provided battery operated small candles for your use

*please recycle cardboard, clean rigid plastic containers, newspaper etc.

Emptying Your Rubbish

Outside to the right of the property (through the gates) there is a

Blue Bin for Recycled Rubbish (please ensure this is clean & NOT bagged.

Early check in and bag drop is charged at £25 per room,( subject to availability )

 

By checking in at Chimneys B&B you agree to pay for any damages or losses incurred during your stay

 You agree for the credit or debit card provided prior to or at check in can be used to cover the cost described above 

a refundable deposit of £50 is due upon check in for short terms stay (less than one week) or one months rent for longer stays.

Fixed or Minimum Term Contracts.

If you decide to leave us within your minimum contract period the

cancellation fee is equivalent to the monthly charges remaining during your minimum

term of agreement.

In exceptional circumstances Early Termination may be agreed.The

fee payable is 14.4% of the remaining months to the end of the contract.

This represents reasonable costs associated, advertising etc in order to re-let the space.

Lost Keys

Please ensure you look after your room key and front door key

Lost keys may result in the need for replacement lock and keys which you agree to pay for if you loose your key during your stay. 

  All keys that have been provided must be returned at check out. Any lost keys subsequently found after check out MUST NOT be posted to Chimneys.

 When a guest has lost a front door key or retains a front door key during their stay or after check out, this compromises the security of the premises and affects the safety of other guests and their belongings whilst missing, therefore the lock will need to be changed. In this rare event the guest remains responsible for this and associated costs

It is the guests responsibility to take out travel insurance to cover the costs of unforeseen eventualities
